1. Agreement

By using Latter-Day Play you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms are between us and the adult account holder — children may not agree to them.

2. Who may use the site

Accounts may only be created by a parent, guardian, or other adult age 18 or older. That adult is responsible for supervising the children who play under the account, choosing the first names/nicknames used for kid profiles, and keeping the account password private. Children play through parent-created profiles and never with their own login credentials.

3. Cost and payment

• Latter-Day Play is currently free for every family. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will always show prices before you purchase and update these terms first.
• We never ask children for payment information, and the app itself contains no purchases, ads, or links to a store.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or resell access to the site.
• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or republish our games, artwork, narration, or printables outside your own family, classroom, or church class use.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the site, or try to access another family's data.
• Use the site for anything unlawful or harmful to children.

5. Printables and content license

Games, artwork, and printable activities are owned by Latter-Day Play. Subscribers and visitors may download and print our activities for personal, family, classroom, or Primary/church class use at no charge. Commercial use, resale, or bulk redistribution is not permitted.

6. Not an official Church site

Latter-Day Play is an independent project. It is not made, provided, approved, or endorsed by Intellectual Reserve, Inc. or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Scripture stories are presented in a simplified, kid-friendly way; families should always turn to the scriptures and official Church materials as the authority.

7. Availability and changes

We add new weekly games and may change, pause, or retire features. We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time by asking through Support. We may suspend an account that violates these Terms or endangers children.

10. Privacy

Your family's privacy is covered by our Privacy & Child Safety Policy, which is part of these Terms.
